There's a lot of issues and crises E African leaders have failed to resolve and to agree on such as boarders control of various countries, how can they agree on the crisis in Ethiopia.
Dictator Museveni and president Kagame have been in a cold war and at this juncture cannot agree on any issue and both are the source of instabilities in the great lakes region and the horn of Africa.
Tanzania is not interested into anything in E.Africa, it's on SADCA. E.African region is unstable due to Dictator Museveni's subversion activities and interventions into the affairs of other countries hence it cannot resolve the issues in Ethiopia.
