Many people are poor and jobless not because they don't have academic papers, the major cause is the type of education they went for.

In most cases, unemployment is caused by the government istself. You find that it the governmentwhich train workers but in the end jobs are given to people who are not trained but just because they are related to government officials. This leaves many trained personels remain jobless. On another hand, most trained people look for highly paying jobs rather than begining with small jobs to build their CVs.
