According to the official data from VAERS, which is the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System and is managed by the CDC and FDA under the U.S. Department of Health.
As of Jan. 14th, 2022 VAERS Reports 1,053,828 Adverse Events from Covid Vaccines, including, but not limited to 22,193 DEATHS, 118,684 hospitalizations, 113,818 urgent care, 39,150 permanently disabled, 27,674 Myocarditis/Pericarditis, 13,137 Bells Palsy, 11,260 Heart Attacks, 8,886 Anaphylaxis and 3,692 Miscarriages
As of April 1, 2022 VAERS reports 1,216,787 COVID Vaccine Adverse Event Reports, 147,677 Total COVID Vaccine Reported Hospitalizations, including but not limited to 26,693 COVID Vaccine Reported DEATHS.
So between January 14 and April 1, 2022 28,993 hospitalization reports were made, and 4500 more people died from the Covid vaccines alone according to these reports. The sad part is that it is widely known that only 1% to 10% of all adverse events are actually reported, so this number could be so much higher.
And they knew about 1288 different adverse events of special interest back in February 2021. Pfizer even said they were hiring 600 additional staff right away and up to 1800 additional staff to handle the increased number of adverse events being reported.
So since the pharmaceutical industry knew, they hid the real data from people, tried to whitewash, cajole, bribe, threaten, and scare people into getting inoculated with these so called Covid vaccines, for all those who died or got injured should the pharmaceutical companies be held liable for all these damages?

They should reason being that they are the one dealing direct to the suppliers and any failure about the vaccines they will contact the supplier directly and in any case they will be able to disclose the company that supplied vaccines.
