In order to stay healthy please try to eat well. One should eat a variety of healthful meals every day ie. Balanced deity but on top of the list you should put fruits and greens. The apple is the father of all fruits. It is rich in fiber, flavonoids and polyphenols. Your immune system will be boosted, metabolic waste will be removed and you will say bye-bye to constipation ànd diarrhoea. Don't peel it ! That peel is a storehouse for most of the nutrients. Stay healthy.

Apples are full of sugar(poison)...40% of fruits sugars are "fructose". It means it needs to be digested by the liver(the same way as alcool...).
