This is a good warning and saying both passport and country's national identification card should be accepted for any form of verification involving crypto currency and other things,since it is a country legal documents.

Le traitement des deux pièces ne peuvent pas être considéré de la même manière. Parceque le passeport est international et la pièce d'identité nationale. Merci.

That's right. ID cards and passports are really needed in this digital era because now is the time for crypto, which requires passports when KYC takes place, even though many are using ID cards (id cards)
