I took to know that people's dreaming about what they want to do or to become begins at the childhood stage as we go to school.but everything is in GOD'S plan.

it seems that according to logic it doesn't make sense but the fact is that it's like that, an example of the story there is that a child from a young age has always been a champion and the child who has never won tends to be naughty and stubborn but person A is satisfied with his achievements so his talent doesn't develop. b who tends to be bad, he always struggles with his curiosity and turns out to be successful and the a who is always smart and always satisfied doesn't grow and just like that

Employers certainly look for class performance but your applicable experience and zeal in doing something is the basic special character they will always look for.Class performance has a low stand in job searching. Most people who were good performers in class don't have such great jobs

This, like any generalisation is only partly true. Whilst having a good education does not guarantee you will get a 'good' job it certainly puts you in a better position overall.
Work ethic is, of course important, but a decent education is the key to opening the door.
