Yes, the education of Uganda is slowly by slowly declining following many instances in the system. In the first place enhancing of science teachers salaries is one of the factors that has affected the system adversely. I think the government should have increased all teachers' salaries irrespective of their section as all sectors need to be balanced. Inorder to improve sciences, I think the government should enhance schools with scholarship materials and practical apparatuses. Enhancing science teachers salaries can not promote sciences instead it will attract speculative teachers to join the sector and earn money only. The other reason is that some institutions are selling documents to people like the instance where the Kenyan politician baught academic documents from one of the institution of Uganda. This is slowing down the education of Uganda.

Education in Uganda declining that is very true because in Uganda people do not value education they it as wastage of their time and some of them think that is the process growing up
