Stress is sometime unavoidable in our lives due to the things that comes our way and try to antagonize our thinking.
Many people have killed themselves due to stress or even doing things they regret about in their entire live.
There so many ways people have tried to get away stress from them though some are still harmful to their live.
But when stressed, the better simple and cheap way would be walking around.
