It’s support and care! Parents neglect children because they don’t want to pay child support and they don’t want to be responsible.

Child neglect causes depression in children, poor hygiene ie a child can be dirty always. A child can become dull in every activity.

Child neglect is the cause of poverty. You find that 80%of People always want to after their children and families but finance don't allow them. So these people end up changing their minds and become stubborn un intentionally because they want to be blameless by their wives and avoid stress.whereas others may do it due to behaviours shown by their wives and this even leads them to hate both the wife and her children. Some parents fear responsibilities,say fathers who were not brought up well in their families . These see it as a punishment to provide the necessities to their families and children.

I think also some of the main recent causes of child neglect are parents who are not ready to actually parent their children and who let kids be involved with technology at too early an age... kids don't need social media and cell phones until they can be responsible and understand all the risks associated with those things.
