I could remember when I was in primary school I come to realize one of the English reader I read then that talk about early to bed early to rise makes a sun beauty. I equally personally come to understand that the early you go to bed the early you wake up on time.

this is a good concept but sometimes an individual can sleep early and still wake up not feeling fresh. Most importantly is the quality of sleep.

I wish I could go to sleep early and rise earlier, but I worked nights for many years and I am stuck with a hybrid sleep pattern now. I stay up until 0100. 0r maybe 0200 or 0300. I have to be careful though because I could stay up all night with no problem.
