Yes , poor people aims at looking for survival. They fear to make risks thus remain starving.Once poor a person finds food and some of the basic needs, they feel contented. For the rich people don't mind or fear to make risks. For they know is the best way to make a change . The investment rich people make, can tell them how much wealth they own.
