I enjoy Christmas leftovers just to remind me about that day, and in most cases it's always better than the previous meal.

We make big meals on big days like Christmas. However we should do not put to waste the leftover. I like the idea of making them into a different meal altogether. it saves on the next meal.

leftovers are always good. Whether they are from Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, or just a regular day... leftovers are awesome for so many things, not just a quick good meal! Sometimes the flavors are even better the next day because they all get to be together longer, which just makes everything taste even better!
