SUN will be a digital nation in the metaverse, so there will be no physical location for it. It will be a bordeless global digital state connected to the real world by owning a network of physical nodes (Embassies, Properties, businesses and social services) scattered worldwide. In the long run, we can achieve something that's, hitherto, impossible and that is removing physical borders that define countries and have a borderless global nation united by UN core values.

We are creating a soverign digital country called SUN where each UN member can apply to become a digital citizen. The rules to operate the digital state will be written in smart contracts using YEMChain. Citizens vote to elect SUN President, Vice President, SUN's Parliament Speaker, and parliament members that will devise strategies and allocate budgets to grow SUN worldwide, uniting the world using UN core values and business opportunities. Budget to run the state to come from UN's PR Budget, allocation from YEMChain fees and citizen taxes. Citizens can buy SUN's digital land to operate their digital businesses in SUN's metaverse (Web3) where they will pay digital property and income taxes.

RET will be used to acquire and build SUN properties worldwide for the SUN economic and social activities like building SUN cities, SUN embassies, SUN businesses, SUN social services, etc.

The Sovereign Order Bene Merenti (SOBM) is a sovereign entity, so I assume it has powers to give UN a sovereign entity status within SOBM, just like the way Latvia conferred a sovereign status to SOBM.
