Well as for me I can't tell or give a vivid account of beef meat consumption whether it contribute to different kinds of diseases such as cancer and a lot more.

Beef is a good source of proteins. Beef is meat derived from a slaughtered cow or bull. It is considered a good source of animal proteins useful in building our bodies nutrition. Eating too much of beef may lead to obesity and heart disease like coronary thrombosis. It calls for better nutrition education to minimize getting nutrition related diseases.

Not only is it affecting you on cancers but also you are at risk of other cardiovascular diseases like artherosclerosis myocardial infarction among others and not forgetting the famous gouty arthritis
