While sourcing employees its vital to put inconsideration where they are going to work.
you cannot afford to pick anybody, that is why you must have a criteria of selecting these persons. By the way after doing a thorough selection, its important also to understand what you are going to train these persons. Its vital that training is tailored to that particular skills and knowledge that will be necessary during work performance. You cannot afford to train on anything, this you expect disaster at work place from such an employee!

Recruitment is a good creteria but employees should come knowing the field in which they are to train in because it will be skill training with relavant technical know how, so those who will be choosen as quolified personel i hope will be compitent to do the work effectively.
