THE VALIDITY OF VALENSPAY AND PERNUM PARTNERSHIP
This is over three years that a press release of the partnership between Valenspay and pernum was made. The aim of the partnership is to allow the use of yem by Yem holders to pay for goods and services to merchants that are willing to accept Yem as a means of payment which in turn will be converted to fiat currency ( cash ) for the merchant to withdraw. The question is whether this partnership is still valid or not. There is need for Yem holders to be updated. Because there are companies that are rendering such services using other cryptocurrency.

It was this Dragon Global thing, not Pernum. And the Dragon magically turned into sound & smoke. So I thnink Valenspay is history too.
