It will be worst before it reduces. The reason why is a lot of advanced countries are facing themselves this problem...Since corporations are able to buy politicians there will be no laws voted by the lawmakers to fix this problem. if it is happening in the big countries it will happen for sure in the third world countries. So the technology sure can eradicate it but it will take at least a decade for that to occur.
