Very important to do physical we are not poles even trees do when wind blows for the better and longevity of the body we need to do regular exercises.

Our bodies require daily aerobic excise to over come many diseases Most of the non communicable illnesses are due to luck of bodily excises. I hear covid 19 also responds to good physical body. Always make it a point to exercise .and live a good.life.
