When u look at the employees they ever completely cought up by their employers. They are ever denied time to invest and end up in debts. The salary is just given to them to keep them pushing on their duty which in return it used to pay debts which they took before they received it. Therefore the salary can't be used for investments but to blind fold them and keep them loyal to their bosses. Whereas the employers steal the employees time and money and use it in their investments. That's why employees die poor.

Your time is your own. Why do employers and employees manage their time differently?

The self employed spend more time planning their investment strategies than those who work for others ( employees). The well disciplined self employed survive economically over a long time compared to employees. Most successful people who are self employed work for 10 - 14 hours per day. Most employees work harder and longer, much of their time and energy is spent on their jobs. They can't set a side a few hours planning their investment. Employees are highly dependable on their employers. This makes them poor time managers and are left behind as far as wealth accumulation is concerned. What is your view on this statement?
