Most cryptocurrencies are associated with illegal activities, not being regulated and cannot be used to in transactions activities hence making governments skeptical with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.

What i believe is that government officials first analys the system according to its sectors if theres no way how it will collect its taxes through the techinology obviously will not allow the cryoto currency in the government.

I agree with it one hundred percent . The governments have not made enough research how best tax collection can be increased . The only way is to get rid of Fiat money and deal with crypital currencies. Because this will be the only easiest way to monitor all businesses to taxes and companies since Digitalization will not require any corruption. Therefore all governments should involve in Digital system to help them raise enough tax base.

But according to me, it's not the the governments do not benefit but it's because they don't know what to do in order to benefit from these crypto currency technology
