Exactly everything is going digital. For example in Uganda; electricity payment, television subscriptions, mobile money, online shopping.
This is digital transformation.

The world is now a global village where things we used one month to find, we can within twinkle of an eye, get answer. Traffic jam, long distance, tiredness, armed robbery and other stressful things we go through before buying items from shops or redrawing money from bank is a thing of past due to e-commerce or electronic trading / banking

We see it from the early days were butter trade was used changed to the use of gold, silver etc from that money was introduced in terms of coins later notes to was the movement of bulk money. In the late days and changing technology money has been made digital that is bit coin, one coin and the yem. So in the near future digital will be the way to go.
