Having one meal a day is better off than having two meals if your over 40 years.

Practicing good nutrition is the basis of good health in once visited a nutritionist doctor who advised me not to exceed one meal a day and to have my dinner before 9 o'clock, this will give enough time for digestion to take place and avoid non communicable diseases.
