I think it’s a matter of citizens/ people themselves to make a change not to wait for whoever comes as a president, a change starts within people if they all put themselves together but if they’ll continue who comes and stay forever that won’t change anything.

when you follow the history after the fall of president Obote 2 Uganda has never been ruled by a civilian president. If it's to happen it may take some time , the way i see things happening now. Politics in Uganda has taken a new level of twist.

How do you vote?

It depends on one's perception but it's easy for Uganda to be lead by a civilian so longer as there's a constitution in the country. Uganda's constitution is irrelevant because it's being altered by the dictator whenever he wants and the only relevant thing remains in it is the name itself. Uganda has ever been lead by civilians and if it had happened before, it can still happen and lastly, Uganda has no national army, we have a rebel group in disguise as a national army and that's why after dictator Museveni, it will be very hard to be lead by his subjects.
