Even social behaviors accepted as an elegant dinner, offers of work, training, travel and gratuities can be considered bribes if they are offered with the intention of to obtain or keep a contract or to win an undue advantage. As a valued employee of Lincoln Electric, neither you nor you your family members cannot offer or accept bribes in exchange for a decision business. You must avoid any behavior which could leave the impression of a bribe. Remember that some countries apply higher sanctions for bribing certain individuals or groups individuals, especially government officials, political candidates or political parties.
