Bad habits interrupt your life and prevent you from accomplishing your goals. They jeopardize your health — both mentally and physically. And they waste your time and energy.
So why do we still do them? And most importantly, is there anything you can do about it?
I've previously written about the science of how habits start, so now let's focus on the practice of making changes in the real world. How can you delete your bad behaviors and stick to good ones instead?

Yes it can for example if your man with a wife at home and You start having giyrls outside your marriage you can easily get disease, poverty etc.

Agree..i have my own experience about smoking...it started with just for fun but day by day i cant stay without it...it was bad experience...but thank god i quit...

We have seen many bad habits begin small and they keep on growing.
Many bad habits begin by tasting, especially when one is associated with bad people.
They usually start by smoking cigarettes after which they start taking beers.
When the heads are now strong enough, they start taking heavy drugs,like opium,finar gass,glue and other types. They become addicted to drugs!!
So,we have to be very careful with the people we associate with.
