Here it depends on how you do you activities, if you spend the whole day doing hard work you have to eat more than two times, but if you live a luxurious life, soft live you free to skip some meals.

So true however it is also advised that When you miss that meal, its better to take al at least a glass of juice or eat less fruits for more health benefits.

Skipping eating food past 4:00pm is a healthy habit to avoid unnecessary stomach ache.

Many people always like having 2 or more than 2 meals a day, and mojority prefer eating colaries few hours before bed time. However, I have found out that when u adapt skipping a meal before bed time, you will prevent unnecessary stamp check ache, gas accumulation in the stomach and you will always have a healthy sleep.

Skipping to eat after 4:00pm is good provided a person who consumes it is gonna sleep. But if you gonna spend time after eating in exercises or doing some work is good and I think it is good and advisable health wise
