This actually is a part of "The Great Commission", the Lord Jesus Christ gave to His disciples (Apostles), on the mount called Olivet, near Jerusalem, on the 40th day of His glorious resurrection, just before His ascension into heaven, from whence He is also going to come again to receive unto Himself all those who truly believe in Him. We read thus in the Holy Bible: Matthew 28:18-20 (KJV)
18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Jesus said all power has been given unto me both in the heaven and in the earth ,go ye there fore in the world and preach the gospel baptizing them in the name of the father ,the son and the holy spirit. The word of God has a ministry ,the holy spirit has a ministry Jesus is the Living word made alive to the world.
