It should not because many people including the youth miss use it, it should be left with countries that can manage it well.

It should not be legalized in many countries,once they do so the market will collapse for the few dealers in it and countries planting it.

I think they should be legalised but with tight and enforceable to avoid miss use of it. In that circumstance people and the government can benefit alot to develope the country
