There is currently no vaccine available that will prevent HIV infection or treat those who have it.
However, scientists are working to develop one. NIH is investing in multiple approaches to prevent HIV, including a safe and effective preventive HIV vaccine. These research efforts include two late-stage, multinational vaccine clinical trials called Imbokodo and Mosaico.
Other NIH-supported research aims to deliver additional HIV prevention options that are safe, effective, and desirable to diverse populations and scalable worldwide to help end the global pandemic.

No,Hiv/Aids vaccine should not be spread to public for the whole world to use it due to the various reasons,
The vaccine shouldn't be introduced to the masses because there will be high rates of sexual desires among the people since there will be no fear of the disease,
There will be an increase in the population of people because most people will tend to involve themselves into a sex practice and hence pregnancy outbreak.

How do you vote?

According to my understanding HIV/AIDs vaccine should not be introduced to the masses simply because as a business person we should consider many organizations benefit from HIV eg Condoms, the ARVs, etc. Just think of this you have alot if weathy as a YEM holder hiv vaccine is on Market, what will you fear.
