Malgré les travers que l'être humain soit capable d'observer dans sa vie, il est toujours moralement déviant de lui infliger une peine digne du règne animal.

Ones a person is addicted to drug it is very difficult to come out from that addiction and capital punishment is not the only source to solve the problem . Purpose should be to take the person out from that problem and to show him a way to lead a happy life by giving encouragement . Capital punishment is as good as pushing his family to hardship . His family is no way responsible for his addiction and for no reason his family should punished indirectly. Punishment is not the only solution for his problem.

Naturally, an addict with greater purchasing power will buy more illicit drugs to feed their own addiction and the addiction of those under their care. Due to the vast amount of drugs on hand, most are undeservingly handed the death penalty. With the modern breakthrough in understanding an addict’s brain which shows impairment in the brain executive function and impulse control malfunction, stimulants such as ADHD medication and other such drugs have been shown to be able to treat the said medical conditions. I personally feel that the treatment and medication to treat the addicts should be made readily available when they are helpless and the breakthrough medication to be dispensed with care to deal with the drug problems nationwide. Also greater public awareness and understanding should be made to address this crucial issue. With the modern knowledge already available, I personally feel that the death penalty is no longer justifiable and applicable. It will not solve the nation’s war on drugs. With such insights, the unnecessary spendings and efforts to fight the war on drugs can used for other meaningful purposes. In my final analysis, I feel that the negative implications of the death penalty is that it will only cause more misery to the addict’s families and the communities throughout their lives for being helpless to help their loved ones.

No it shouldn't because if it's abolished it will multiply the number of drug trafficking in the whole world but when it is in operational it helps to deter the intending ones out of that criminal act.
