I believe that for now it is better for the stability and orientation of the foundation to retain the current structure of having only one director for each region, the democratic philosophy of the company and the foundation could be distorted if all or most directors were from a single region

I totally agree with the proposal of our Latino community, especially regarding the language, since Spanish is spoken from Mexico to Argentina (and many Latinos in the USA). It is easier for an IDB member to communicate in their own language with a BND member.

It really is a very good proposal, and I totally agree that in all the places mentioned, participate in this way, each place will have a close representative who is very important for the growth of our company, of which I live proud.
