Switching off the internet i think has clearly shown to the world that Uganda will never have peacefull elections and transition of power, that the incumbet will never allow new candidate to replace him and if he is atleast it should not be exposed to the world hence to may be change the results without the world knowing.

How do you vote?

Elections is a process not an event on the polling day. The whole process was manifested with violence, murdering NUP supporters in different parts of the country and it became evidently clear once the Internet was shut down completely for a full week.

Due to the threat that is always put in the country with endulging great fear in the hearts of ugandans, I do not expect any free and fair elections....
