lastly the air pressure is so low that it can cause one's death. No need for parachutes on most planes therefore.

Ye it is true but I think maybe it's due to the large number of passengers and also the low knowledge of the passengers about the use of the parachutes and also it is likely to forget if there parachutes due to the panic in case of an accident.

They might not be enough because they first detect the weather where the plane is heading, if the weather is OK they move with less equipments.

This is obvious because not all passengers know how to operate the parachutes so how do you expect them to invest in something that will be of no use ?

Most aeroplanes don't have parachutes for passengers. Pro or No

Because most planes fly at heights (altitudes) of over 32,000 feet, one who dares jump off the plane at that height will most likely die in an instant because there is little oxygen at that altitude, the temperatures at that height are so low that one would freeze almost instantly and lastly the air pressure is so low that it can cause one's death. No need for parachutes on most planes therefore.

Parachutes are a necessity in every passenger plane. Whether it will reach a high altitude where parachutes will be of no use of not, the fact that the plane started it's journey from the ground, makes the provision of parachutes mandatory.
