Yes the government should support them because if the youth has something in mind to whom he can put into action in order to get what he or she wants, There we would not have alot of idlers.
The government should emphasize the youth to be job creators not seekers.

True indeed. Actually people don't go into bad behaviors because they want, no. It's just because they have nothing to do and forcing them to such for earning a living.

Pro,the government should automatically do that that because the youths these days have resorted into drugs abuse,prostition, gambling and many more due to unemployment

True in this COVID19 season crimes has been increased than other years because youths they dont have what to do they are redudant so if government take that responsibility and look for short courses for youth like tailoring courses for boys and girls ,computers,hair dressing and many others this can really help them.

It's very useful but the government may be reluctant so the area leaders can initiate and follow up with group projects to handle this,in coordination with the parents.

Definantely,government should do so not only because covid but all the of long holidays. Set up small scouses like computer studies, breaks laying and so much more in order to over came idlers

Supporting the development of skills to tge youth is so important to be done by the Government. These skilla once developed can let the yourh become more active think ahead.

Since the outbreak of covid-19, most of the children and youth are redundant hence endulging in various crimes and bad groups.
To help the children and youth, the government should set up and support vocational centres offering quick courses in skills that would help the children to keep busy in this long holiday.
There are short vocational courses taking a few days training and after completion,they require minimal capital to start a small scale business.
I believe that this kind of arrangement would provide the children and youth with adequate knowledge and practical skill to put their free time to good use.
