Bonjour chers amis. Nous devons savoir juste une chose, le sport est très important dans la vie de tout un chacun de nous. Il faudrait le faire pour se maintenir en pleine forme, pour garder sa forme très belle, pour libérer les radicaux libres de l'organisme. Il ne s'agit pas nécessairement de courir ou bien de sauter les escaliers ou bien de en hauteur. Même de simples marches pendant trente minutes les soirs de retour de service. Mais ce qu'il faut retenir est que chacun doit faire l'effort de Faire du sport au moins une fois par semaine. Nous pouvons choisir soit les samedis ou soit les dimanches pour le faire afin de garantir une bonne santé à l'organisme.
