In Uganda even if the SOPs are followed, but covid-19 is still politicised, numbers will continue increasing, and I guess we have more worrying diseases in Uganda than covid-19.

As long as people observe sop's it's good to ease lockdown many people have been disrupted in their jobs and lives which I think it's okay.

Ugandans are very rigid, this is observable in all cities where by 90% of the people do not follow any of the sops.
