They pretend to be protecting the citizens against fraudsters yet they go to invest massively into such projects, secretly. They are very selfish leaders.

In Africa theres a saying from those leaders that when people are RICH in the country it is very hard to manage them, thats why they try their best to see that you remain poor for them to control as they feel like. That is the only problem in their mind set and it affevting the entire continent.
