I doubt it. Right from the onset of the innovations in banking transactions, I have had fears that the banking system, as we know it, might not survive the onslaught of these innovations. The era of customers queuing up to withdraw cash and stuff their wallets and purses with paper money, is coming to an end and with it, the banks.

With the digital transformation no business or activity will stay behind. All must heed to the changes. If we the passengers have digital currency, then the transporters have to accept our payment,no choice for them. It's the seventh disruption man!!!!***

Am sensing a great wind blowing the banking sector due to the new innovation in the financial system, if the transactions will be less of cash will the banks still offer their services because people have been going to banks to aquire loans and withdraw cash, but when people come to realize that this new system is easy and safe they will no longer use banks, that's where the worry comes from, will the banks still stand and operate in that situation.
