Africa is poor because the colonial masters conditioned it to be poor forever. Yes. Africa is the richest continent in the world but it's riches do not benefit it's people because Africa's rulers are foolish, they are subservient to the colonial masters who had found a way to continue to milk Africa dry even after granting them 'independence."

Sure.Africa is the most richest continent of all especially Uganda as is the peal of Africa.hase fertile soils best for any type of food, good water,goog climate to mention but a few.
But leaders are so corrupt in that they just need to eat alone hence poverty.

What human being failed to understand is that selfishiness, greed, corruption are the worst enemies on this planet.
We all came with nothing but after reaching here we tend to be Creator that we should own all resources with us no one else should benefit from them.
