The decision by the parents of Ugandan toddlers to teach their kids at home by themselves is the best thing they can do to sustain the children's education. Nobody knows how long the closure would last and it is unwise to let the kids stay without learning for too long. It's a good idea. But what about those parents who can't teach their children?
