Because if you are aproffesional you live as an example it is of great importance to mentain your proffesional with standards because you lie examplary life to others.

These are all good professional ethics. May I add thst it is important for a professional or a boss to never look down on his subordinates. If possible, he should try to know them by name and sometimes, ask after their families. It makes for live and respect.
