Any country would be suitable so longer as it's a unicorn smart city whether UAE or Switzerland and we shouldn't be speculative on what's not in our abilities to determine.

I quite agree that our YEM Smart City be built in Dubai or Swizerland, with the following reasons: Dubai is United Arab busy commercial city. It will encourage Unicorn to build more YEM Smart cities around the world. Similarly Swizerland is a prosperous country, and so many wealthy persons dwell there.

Being one of the most collective commercial centres in the world, it fits to be our Yem city.(2) Due to the modern technological setup of buildings(infrastructure), Dubai deserves to be a Yem city.(3) As it is one of the world's tourists centre it is suitable.

I select Dubai to be the first smart city just because it is the center of business and on top of that, Dubai have wonderful structures of buildings and roads, bridges and many other wonderful things.
