Since the joints are made of fluid , crackling joints reduces the pressure and gas so constant cracking of joints causes the decreased pressure and eventually causes less fluid which brings about less lubrication of the joints

Itsvtrue because it means you are forcing the gas out and yet that is naturally not to be forced and onve you force it it can cause complications in the joints

The crackle you hear does not come from the cartilage or the bones. It is due to an escape of gas: the liquid that lubricates the joints contains gas (mainly carbon dioxide) and when the bones suddenly separate, the pressure decreases and the gas forms bubbles.
