In African countries most rcognised scientists are doctors not knowing that engineers have done good work that needs to be srecognised and appreciated. But let all governments come up and rwcognise the engineers

I suggest that the government registers all engineers and puts a strict monitoring committee for accountability of the projects performance. After all it's tax payers money.

Yes there are numerous failed infrastructure and failed projects in this country. So on such a day I wonder if we can congratulate then upon the failures or what.

Talk about this. We have Uganda National Roads Authority really but imagine the bypass route has taken over ten years still under construction. I also have a question,"who is in charge and why has it been too slow?
