Everything on earth has its own time to begin to manifest or to go into oblivion. Arsenal once ruled other football teams but it's now down on the list of the greats. It does not mean that Arsenal will not rise again. It is just a phase that will pass some day.

Timing is everything, also the way things are handled counts. Change of management can be the cause of that loss, injuries and change in football philosophies can have a negative impact on the team. DNA of the team shall also remain intact for its the core attribute.
