I agree. Water is life. A person can last longer without food than without water. That shows us the importance of water in our body.
People who do not take enough water tend to wrinkle quickly, their skin, especially the neck area wrinkle fast and make them look older than their real age.

Water helps to detoxicant our blood and body fluids. It reduces the salt and suga excess in the body. And for the ladies,it's better medicine to consume atleast three litres pet day

you see, first and foremost water is life , however it can be death if you, of course drawn in it, but water also can prevent aging . how ?
first and fore most most it replenishes our body cells keeping us in shape. water dilutes all toxic substances and free reactive spices, this helps prevents cell death or injury. it also help to activate metabolic process in our body that regenerate cells.
