It's because their taxes are mismanaged by those in power to enrich themselves at the expense of tax payer's without service delivery. For example in Uganda, Ugandans have been paying exorbitant taxes for the past 35 years when their taxes been swindled by the dictator Museveni and his family without any development and service delivery in the country and thus Ugandans getting frustrated of paying taxes.

Our Roads. Are dirty. And No big business can be put on dirty Roads. Be it putting up Car Bonds and sales. Becoz any business surfers heavily due limited customers that go to acquire service from a business point set up along dirty Roads. This low profits and tax regidity.. by the common business men..

very true that we would all yearn to pay taxes but you find out that it benefits only the incumbent politicians mainly on higher posts like the members of parliaments.
this is mainly observed in African developing countries where they receive expensive salaries and allowances on expense of their subjects

Many people don't want to pay taxes because the government is corrupt. People look to see what their government do with the taxes they collect but there is nothing to show for it. The money simply enters into private pockets. Now, tell me why they should continue to pay taxes.
