Yes the Uganda national examination board should put into consideration students who are sick during examination period. This is to allow them at least have enough time as they might not be able to make it to the required time due to the disability by the illness. However some students can take this advantage and foge sickness. The Uganda national examination board should have its medical team to eradicate all the irregularities that may result from this and it should be proved beyond reasonable doubt that the student is really sick. This will give no reason for failure of the students.

I think the Uganda national examination board should consider such group of students who have special education needs since a healthy child has a healthy mindset. In that case you will find that great thinkers may fail to think the way they are expected due to the illness they are experiencing. Therefore I pleed to the minister of education and sports to lay a strategy to cater for our future generations.

For sure its a very good suggetion because some learners miss their exams because of illness, they should allow a patient and the doctor if the patient is able to write.
