It's been long established tell tale stories from past generations that eating Fruit & Vegetables claims to reduce greatly of getting cancers however having read that its main ingredient of Quercetin that so far there's been no evidence it has anti-cancer effect in humans so would you agree Eating Fruits & Vegetables doesn't prevent Cancers?

Eating fruits greatly decreases the risk of getting cancer as most of them are antioxidants. They scavege the reactive oxygen species that cause some cells to be cancerous.

Its a no for me,
Because cancer has many types and eating fruits and vegetables i think it will only help to boost immunity and calcium for bones, unless the one eating those two is having bone cancer the will help bones to regain on the damege parts.
