People put in much emphasis and effort when striving to go to the top but once they reach there, they become comfortable with what they have yet comfort is seductive hence find it difficult to remain at the top.

Maintaining the standards or even aiming higher when we reach the top is a very hard task because we tend to become more relaxed as there's nothing more to look up to. Therefore this reduces our creative abilities and might lead to back slides.

You must not stop struggling if you would like to get to the top. So begin now and keep struggling until. One must know that to keep relevant you must struggle.

Struggling hard is one of the factors that one has to consider before being at the top and so if you don't keep struggling hard you will be up there for a short while.

It's easy to get to the top but very hard to be there all the time as people work day and night to be where you are so just be ready to work.
